Where is my Luxton garment made?

Our wool/cashmere coats are made in Toronto. Our down coats are made in small batch premium production facilities in China. Our cashmere accessories are made in Mongolia. Please notify us if you Require further information. 
How do I care for my Luxton garment?

Do you arrange for repairs?

Our standards for quality and workmanship are very high. We expect the best from our manufacturers and they partner with us at every stage of Quality Control.  In the event that one of our garments is damaged outside of the normal wear and tear they are exposed to, please email us with a description of the issue, along with a photo. Please share your name and phone number with us so that we can better assist you in finding the best repair service in your location. In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item.  Please include the items mentioned above.
Can I combine a sale item with my Gift with Purchase invitation?

During a gift event, one gift will be available per client. Gift events cannot be combined with other offers. Gifts are also not eligible for exchange, return or replacement.  Gift’s cannot be requested retroactively. Our return policy: Orders returned to Luxton which were eligible and participated in a gift with purchase eventMust be sure to return the gift as well.  In the event that the gift is not included in the return package, the value of the giftWill be deducted from the return amount. 
Do styles sell out?

Yes. As part of our commitment to a sustainable future, we run very limited quantities in each style. However, we stand behind our design, and will persist to push each style to it’s best form, in this case, It’s possible the garment you are seeking may be released the following season. Please subscribe to our newsletter so that we may keep you informed. 
Do you have seasonal sales?

Only selected styles will be available in the sale and, due to the exclusive nature of our ranges, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season. We also have occasional exclusive promotions for those signed up to our newsletter. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter at the foot of this page so that we may notify you of these.
