Ordering Information
Shipping & Delivery to Canada:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 2 business days to process the orders before shipment. The estimated time for delivery on the cart & checkout page does not take into consideration these order processing days. Please add the additional 2 business days to best estimate your date of order delivery. Should you require your order in a short timeframe, please choose the expedited (Express) shipping method, or feel free to contact for a more suitable delivery service.

All orders are shipped from the Luxton studio in Toronto, Canada.

Luxton uses DHL, FedEx and UPS to ship orders or returns. Clients have the option of choosing which shipping method (Standard or Express) best suits their needs when checking out.

Delivery service of 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery service of 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

Sales Tax & Duties
Applicable sales tax will be charged on Canadian purchases. Orders are delivered DDP (delivered duty paid/duty free) - no duties are charged to orders in Canada.

Online Return Policy
Sale (visibly marked-down) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Luxton offers complimentary return shipping. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your gift or purchase, you can return or exchange regular-priced, unworn merchandise to Luxton within 14 days of receiving your order.  Luxton will not refund expedited parcels.

All shipping charges incurred by purchasing an item online are non-refundable.

Luxton does not accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased online.

Luxton will not issue a refund for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, altered or damaged will be denied. All original tags and original packaging must be attached and undamaged.
