Shipping & Delivery to Canada:
Luxton ships across Canada and the United States with the option of Xpresspost in select regions and expedited parcel from coast to coast. For international shipment, please contact us email@example.com. We will do our best to arrange your shipment as quickly as possible. Our shipping services require a signature upon delivery, are insured and are accompanied with a tracking number. The tracking number will be generated once your order is picked and packed, ready for shipping. We aim to ship your package within 24 hours of your order receipt during business hours. If you wish to adjust your order, you have until the end of the business day to do so. All shipments are processed at the end of the day, and we are unable to make changes to your orders the following day. In some cases, your order may have been shipped same day, in this case, you will not be able to make changes or cancel the order. If this does occur, please follow the instructions to return your shipment.
Cancelling an Order
As we offer same day & next day shipping, orders placed and cancelled in the same day are subject to transaction costs of $25.00.
Luxton Return Policy
Please notify us if you wish to return your shipment firstname.lastname@example.org We provide a 7 day window from the time of order receipt to hear from you. All online orders are not eligible for exchange or return through retail partners.
We will forward you our return instructions to you at that time. Please include your return form within your parcel. Please note we are not able to refund your original shipment fee if applicable.
All shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the shipper.
Please note that all Luxton garments must be in their original, unused, unworn condition. Hats & Scarves are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note we cannot accept returned garments with animal hair, dirt and dust. Please include all packaging such as complete hangtags with pin and string in your return parcel and attached to the garment in its original placement.
We recommend using a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number and insurance for your parcel and a signature upon delivery. Take note of your tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will review the condition of the garment or accessory and confirm whether we can accept your return. In the rare case we are unable to accept your return, we will notify you of our decision and prepare the shipment to return to you.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refused Shipments and Wrong Address
Luxton is not responsible for fees charged by customs or any other tax authorities.
When a shipment is refused by the addressee, the addressee remains responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees incurred on the package for both the original shipment as well as the returned shipment. If the shipment is sent back to Luxton, we will deduct the shipping costs from the purchase amount.
In the event that the carrier has made several delivery attempts without success, the parcel will be returned to sender. Parcels being returned to sender could include, incorrect address provided by the addressee, parcel is refused by the addressee, addressee has not picked up the parcel from its designated pick-up point.
Luxton will not cover delivery fees for parcels as Return to Sender.
US & International Returns
US & International orders cannot be returned at this time.
They are final sale.
Notify us within 7 days of order receipt if you would like to exchange your item for another size within the same style. However items on sale or final sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on your 1st exchange item, however it is final sale. Exchanged items are not eligible for a 2nd exchange and not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges cannot be processed through our retail partners.
Returns on Final Sale & Events
Final sale and promotional event items are not accepted for returns or exchanges at this time.
Gift with Purchase
If a customer wishes to return a garment or accessory which they received a gift with purchase, the gift with purchase value will be deducted from the return shipment value.
